Admission to St. Ursula School is considered in
the following order of priority:
- Sibling parishioners
- Members of St. Ursula Parish
- Sibling non-parishioners
- Catholics of other parishes
- Non-Catholic

| Application for admissions are available
beginning in January. Complete the application form and
submit it with a non-refundable registration fee. |
The following documents are required at the
time of application for admission:
- Copy of birth Certificate
- Copy of Roman Catholic Baptismal Certificate, if
applicable
- Immunization Records (must be current)
- Copy of recent Report Card, if applicable
- Child's Social Security Number
- St. Ursula Church Offertory Envelope Number for
Parishioners
