With a focus on academic excellence, Catholic faith and values, and access to new technology, Catholic Schools in the Archdiocese of Baltimore prepare students for a successful future.
The Archdiocese of Baltimore Catholic High School Guide should have come home with your son/daughter last week. If you have not seen it, please check with your student. It contains very valuable information about the Catholic high schools, the fairs and open houses, and the High School Placement Test.
The online registration portal for the High School Placement Test is now open. Page 25 in the High School Guide outlines the registration process. The test will be administered at St. Ursula School on Wednesday, December 4.
Students in Grade 8 are eligible for two “floating” shadow days. Parents/students should arrange these shadow days with the respective high school. Please be reminded that students must return the shadow day form signed by a member of the high school admissions office staff in order for the student to receive an excused absence for that day. That form can be found on the St. Ursula School website in the “Forms” section.
Friday, October 18, 2019, is a designated shadow day for grade 8 students. A form will be coming home this week so that you can indicate whether or not your student will be shadowing or will be attending school on that day. Please be reminded that the parent or student must set up the shadow day with the high school in advance.
