Information/Flyers for the Week of October 15, 2018

Important:

  • Class/Group Pictures- Tomorrow, October 18, we will have class and club pictures.  Please have students wear their regular school uniform, not the gym uniform. If you have gym, please wear tennis shoes with your regular school uniform.  For those students in 8th grade please wear your WINTER uniform.  Long pants and ties for the boys.  NO SHORTS.
  • Reminder:  School will be closed on Friday, October 19, 2018 for a staff professional day.

Hot Lunch:

  • Breast Cancer Week: St. Ursula has named October 24th, 25th, and 26th “Pink for the Cure.”  Please see the attached flyer for details on how to participate and wear your pink. 
  • Rainbows: Rainbows is a group for children who are living in single-parent families, step-families, or families going through painful transitions such as death or deployment.  If you are interested in having your child(ren) participate, please see the attached letter for details and complete the permission form. 
  • Halloween Dress-Up: The Student Council is presenting the annual Halloween Dress-Up day on Wednesday, October 31, 2018.  Please see the attached flyer for important details. 
  • Yearbook Orders:  2019 Yearbooks are on sale now through December 31, 2018.  Please see the attached flyer for details.  Are orders are online. 
  • Yearbook Ads for 8th Grade Students:  If your child is in 8th grade and you wish to purchase an ad, please see the attached flyer for details.  All ads will be accepted on a space available basis so be sure to get your ad in early.  No ads will be accepted after January 14, 2019.

  • Good Taste Catering Lunches: If you notify Good Taste Catering to cancel by 8:00 a.m. the day of a scheduled lunch, your account will be credited.  Please 443-686-1544 or email us at [email protected]. 
  • Power School: The Archdiocese has notified us that PowerSchool will not be available during the weekend of 10/26/18 for the migration of our PowerSchool servers to Microsoft Azure.
  • Mothers’ Club Save the Date: Don’t forget to mark your calendar for Wednesday, October 24, 2018 at 6:45 p.m. for your next meeting.  Food and beverages provided.  Please RSVP to [email protected].
