Information/Flyers for the Week of October 8, 2018

Information: 

  1. If you are working the Harvest Festival on Thursday, if possible, please park on the St. Ursula Church lot.  Please leave parking spots open near the church office. Also, if you are coming to visit the Harvest Festival you will need to enter by the playground doors and sign in. 
  2. Don’t forget to bring cakes, pies, or cupcakes for the Harvest Festival cake wheel.  It is a great way to receive service hours.  Also, we are still looking for donations for the Harvest Festival liquor wheel.  We will accept any alcoholic beverages. 
  3. Fathers’ Club Meeting - Please join us this Sunday, October 14th for our next Fathers’ Club meeting.  It starts at 7:30 p.m. and will take place in the school auditorium.  Food and drinks will be provided.  The food will be provided by Conrad’s.  
  4. Mothers’ Club Meeting - Moms, grandmoms, and aunts, it is time to gather again for our next Mothers’ Club meeting on Wednesday, October 24, 2018 at 6:45 in the school library.  Please enter through the gym doors.  We hope to see lots of new and returning faces.  Food and beverages will be provided.  Please RSVP to mothersclub@stursula.org.

  2. The Pulsera Project – Sponsored by the Spanish Club - Handwoven Nicaraguan “Pulseras” will be sold during the Harvest Festival on October 11th and again from October 15-18.  Please see the attached flyer for details.
  3. Silent Auction Catalog - Attached is a catalog of the items available at this year’s Harvest Festival Silent Auction.
  4. Trunk or Treat – Once again we will have Trunk or Treat on Friday, October 26.  Some details have changed so please see the attached flyer. 
  5. Fathers’ Club Meeting Minutes  - See the attached minutes from the September meeting.
  6. Youth Ministry Bonfire – All middle school and high school youth are invited to the Fall Kickoff Bonfire on Sunday, October 14, 2018.  See the attached flyer for details.
