Message from the Health Room – If your child has a fever they may not return to school for 24 hours after they are fever free. If they are sent home with a fever they may not return to school the next day. We are experiencing a high number of illnesses so we are asking for your help. Thank you.

Catholic Schools Week Schedule – Catholic Schools week is January 27-31 Visitation will occur on Monday, January 27 through Wednesday, January 29 from 8:30-10:45. On both Monday and Tuesday you will be visiting during periods 3-11 and on Wednesday you will see periods 20-27. Thursday, January 30 will again be a pajama day. The students need to wear school shoes (no slippers!) since they will go outside if the weather permits. Friday is our traditional Spirit Day. They may wear any purchased spirit wear or anything blue and/or gold. Dismissal Friday, January 31 will be at 12:10. School will be closed on Monday, February 3rd.
Re-Registration – Re-registration for the 2020-2021 school year will be sent via an email through SchoolAdmin by the end of the week. We are experiencing some difficulty with the vendor. It will include a link for you to use. Just a reminder that your child will not be considered enrolled until all checklist items are complete. If you will not be returning to St. Ursula for the 2020-2021 school year, please respond to this email. This information will enable us to prepare for the upcoming school year.

Mother-Daughter Sweetheart Dance Party - Moms (maternal care givers) and SUS daughters, get ready to dance the night away with this year’s Mother/Daughter dance that will be Valentine’s themed. Spaghetti Dinner Volunteers – Believe it or not it almost time for our annual Spaghetti Dinner. This year’s dinner will be held on February 23rd from 2:00-6:00 pm in the school auditorium. We are looking for volunteers to help make this as successful as last year’s. Attached is a flyer with additional information including the hours that we need volunteers.
FACTS Grant and Aid – Applications for FACTS Grant and Aid must be completed by February 29, 2020. See the attached flyer for details, etc.

Parish Life:
During Super Bowl weekend (February 1st and 2nd) our Youth Ministry will be collecting canned goods and money after each Mass for the #tacklehunger initiative in our local community. Help support our youth and the hungry.
