St. Ursula School Information for Week of November 11, 2019:

PowerSchool Parent Portal - The web address for the PowerSchool parent portal is archbalt.powerschool.com. Please note that if you are using the mobile app, our district code is PJQM.
Service Hours – Pursuant to the Student/Parent Handbook you need to complete 10 service hours by November 30. Please send in your service hour card so that it can be recorded. If you are still in need of hours you can receive one hour for three reams of 8 ½ x 11 paper.
Grandparents’ Day “Love Grams” – This year visiting grandparents and special guests will have the opportunity to send a message to their student, in the form of a “Love Gram”. Feel free to leave words of wisdom, a fond memory, or simply words of encouragement for this school year. “Love Grams” will be sold for $1 each and will include your message and a small gift. Payment is by cash or check. All messages will be completed by the grandparent on that day so please do not send in anything to the school office.
Grandparents’ Day Visitation Schedule – Grandparents’ Day will take place on Monday, November 25. The visitation schedule can be found on the attached letter. We ask that you complete the tear-off on the attached letter and return it to your child’s teacher. Please share with your grandparents that there are stairs.
Rainbows - Rainbows is a group for children who are living in single-parent families, step-families, or families going through painful transitions such as death or deployment. If you are interested in having your child(ren) participate, please see the attached letter for details and complete the permission form.
Breakfast with Santa – Don’t miss this opportunity to have breakfast with Santa on Saturday, December 14 from 9:00-11:00 a.m. This event is open to St. Ursula families and limited to PK through grade 5. Extended Day – Due to the ongoing HVAC project there will be no Extended Day on Friday, December 20. All students will dismiss at 12:10 p.m.

8th Grade Yearbook Ads - If your child is in 8th grade and you wish to purchase an ad, please see the attached flyer for details. All ads will be accepted on a space available basis so be sure to get your ad in early. No ads will be accepted after January 13, 2020.
8th Grade Through the Years Photos - The Yearbook Committee is looking for pictures of the 8th grade from their time at SUS. Please see the attached flyer for instructions on how to submit photos. Deadline is January 17, 2020.
