Square 1 Art Fundraiser – The Square 1 Fundraiser is under way. They make great custom gifts for families and friends! Orders are done on-line and are due by November 26, 2019. The top selling homeroom will get a pizza and ice cream party. Each student who purchases something will get a treat.
Service Hour Card – Please send in your service hour card for recording. You need to complete 10 hours by November 30. Bills will be going home the first week of December for those who have not met this requirement. If you are still in need of hours you can receive one hour for three reams of 8 ½ x 11 paper.
Lucky 1500 Tickets – The next 21 week drawing for the Lucky 1500 will begin on December 16 with the early bird drawing. You will be receiving the tickets on Thursday for those who did not opt out of fundraising. If you did not buy or sell two tickets in the spring/summer you will be receiving four tickets. Pursuant to the contract signed at registration you need to buy and/or sell a total of four tickets. You receive 1.5 hours of service for every ticket bought or sold. If you would like additional tickets please contact Susan Williams at swilliams@stursula.org.
Grandparents’ Day “Love Grams” – This year visiting grandparents and special guests will have the opportunity to send a message to their student, in the form of a “Love Gram”. Feel free to leave words of wisdom, a fond memory, or simply words of encouragement for this school year. “Love Grams” will be sold for $1 each and will include your message and a small gift. Payment is by cash or check. All messages will be completed by the grandparent on that day so please do not send in anything to the school office.
Grandparents’ Day Visitation Schedule – Grandparents’ Day will take place on Monday, November 25. The visitation schedule can be found on the attached letter. We ask that you complete the tear-off on the attached letter and return it to your child’s teacher. Please share with your grandparents that there are stairs.
Ledo Pizza Night – Join us for a night of fun at Ledo Pizza on Wednesday, December 4 from 5:00-10:00 p.m. SUS will receive a percentage of the sales. See the attached flyer for additional details.
Rainbows – It is not too late to sign-up your child for Rainbows which is a group for children who are living in single-parent families, step-families, or families going through painful transitions such as death or deployment. If you are interested in having your child(ren) participate, please see the attached letter for details and complete the permission form. The deadline for responding has been extended to November 26.
Breakfast with Santa – Don’t miss this opportunity to have breakfast with Santa on Saturday, December 14 from 9:00-11:00 a.m. This event is open to St. Ursula families and limited to PK through grade 5. Extended Day – Due to the ongoing HVAC project there will be no Extended Day on Friday, December 20. All students will dismiss at 12:10 p.m.

8th Grade Yearbook Ads - If your child is in 8th grade and you wish to purchase an ad, please see the attached flyer for details. All ads will be accepted on a space available basis so be sure to get your ad in early. No ads will be accepted after January 13, 2020.
8th Grade Through the Years Photos - The Yearbook Committee is looking for pictures of the 8th grade from their time at SUS. Please see the attached flyer for instructions on how to submit photos. Deadline is January 17, 2020.
