St. Ursula School Information for Week of February 25, 2019:
Policy Change - Basketball Tournament – The Al Hahn basketball tournament has started. We welcome all to come and watch but for the safety of all you can no longer allow children to attend unless they are accompanied by an adult.
Internet Safety - At St. Ursula, we know how important the use of technology is in the lives of our students. As parents, we need to be aware of the games and apps that they like to play and the implications they can have on their safety. We need to pay particular attention to what these games/apps are, what our children are sharing with others, and how this can affect their safety. Go to our school website under the Internet Safety tab to see information for Snapchat, YouTube, WhatsApp, Fortnite, Instagram, TikTok.
Date Change for Husky Helper Meeting - Due to a teacher development course, the Husky Helper meeting scheduled for Monday, March 4, 2019 has been rescheduled for Monday, April 15th. The meeting scheduled for Wednesday, March 6th will still go forward as scheduled.
FACTS Tuition Assistance – Any family applying for FACTS assistance for next year must remember to upload your 2018 W2, 2017 or 2018 tax return by February 28, 2019. All 2018 tax returns will be needed for school specific tuition assistance.
SUS Basketball and Soccer Jersey Day – SUS basketball will have jersey day on Thursday, March 7. We will be taking group yearbook photos that day. They should wear their jersey with the regular school uniform.
Book Fair – The book fair will take place the week of March 18th. Today your child is bringing home a brochure. Attached is the book fair schedule detailing when your child will be attending. Book Fair Schedule
Extended Day Early Closing Date - Extended Day will close at 3:00 p.m. on April 18, 2019

Good Taste Catering – Lunch menus are now open through May for ordering. You can order for the remainder of the school year, one week at a time, whatever works best for you.
