On January 19th from 6-8 PM, the Catholic Community of St. Francis Xavier will host an evening for Parents of Teens and Tweens to explore the topic of Stress, Anxiety, & Spirituality in our Young People. We are very excited to have with us Kate Gerwin, a pastoral counselor, educator and former youth minister who will help us not only understand the stresses our young people face today but also how faith can play a role in helping them heal. Parents will benefit from both listening to Kate and talking with others about shared experiences and worries. It is so hard being a teenager .... maybe even harder being a parent today. Maintaining a strong connection to God can help all of us cope in this beautiful but stressful world of ours. Dinner will be provided, but those attending are asked to bring a dessert or salad to share. Family Movie Night - The PHSA is hosting a Family Movie Night featuring Incredibles 2 on Friday, January 11, 2019 from 6:30pm-8:30pm. Doors will open at 6pm and the movie will start at 6:30pm. This event is open to St. Ursula School Families and limited to Pre-K through 4th grade students. Students must be accompanied by an adult. There will be Pizza, Drinks, Deserts, Candy, and Popcorn so come hungry! Don’t forget to wear your pajamas and bring blankets and pillows to watch the movie in the gym. Flyer
