Information/Flyers for Week of 5/7/18

Information: 

  • Lost and Found – Our Lost and Found is overflowing.  If you r child is missing something please take a look.  It is located between the lunchroom and the PK rooms.  All unclaimed items will be donated to the Used Uniform Sale.
  • Golf Tournament - The 24th Annual Father Robert C. Jones Memorial Golf Tournament is upon us. For those that are playing on Friday the 11th, please remember that check-in will begin at 12pm with a shotgun start at 1pm. See you on the course!
  • Savers and Service Hours – Don’t forget the Savers truck will be here on Sunday, May 20th from 8:30-1:30 on the school lot.  If you are still in need of service hours or would like to get started on your hours for next year they are looking for volunteers to stay with the truck during the collection time.  Please go to the Sign-Up Genius link to register https://www.signupgenius.com/go/20f094bafab23a3fb6-savers
  • Used Uniform Sale and Service Hours – The used uniform sale will take place on Tuesday, May 15th from 5:00-7:00 p.m. and on Wednesday, May 16th from 2:00-4:00 p.m.  It is a cash only event.  Also, they are looking for volunteers to help.  If you are available on Tuesday or Wednesday to volunteer (service hours do apply) please email Angel Kiskadden at angelkiskadden@gmail.com.

Flyers: 

  • Book Bill – Attached is the information for the 2018-19 Book Bill.  We will be collecting this fee through FACTS.  Therefore, please go to your 2018-2019 FACTS account, in incidental expenses to make a payment.  Payment is due by May 31, 2018.  
  • PHSA Nomination Form – The PHSA is looking for volunteers to be grade representatives for the upcoming school year.  Details and the tear-off form are attached.
