Information for the Week of September 9, 2019

Information:

  1. Harvest Festival – Don’t forget to look on Thursdays for a separate email pertaining to this awesome event.   
  2. Return of Important Papers – If you have not already done so please return the Student Emergency Health form and the Student Demographic Information/Emergency form.  Each student must have one on file. 
  3. PowerSchool – The web address for the PowerSchool parent portal is archbalt.powerschool.com.  If you are using the mobile app, our district code is PJQM.  For new parents and Grade 3 parents, please check your child’s St. Ursula folder for a letter with instructions on how to create a PowerSchool parent account as well as temporary logon information.  For returning parents in grades 4-8, if you have forgotten your PowerSchool username or password, use the link at the bottom of the login page.  Please be advised that the link is time sensitive and expires after thirty minutes.  If you have never created a parent account or need further assistance, please contact Natalie Hax at nhax@stursula.org.
  4. Mothers’ Club Meeting – The Mothers’ Club would like to welcome everyone back to school and invite all the wonderful women that care for our SUS students to the first Mothers’ Club meeting of the year.  Please join us on Thursday, September 19, 2019 in the school gym at 6:45 p.m.  It’s guaranteed to be a good time.  Food and beverages will be provided.  Come hear about this year’s activities and see how you can get involved.  It’s a great way to meet other moms, grandmothers, and aunts throughout the school.  Please RSVP to mothersclub@stursula.org.  We hope to see many of you there!

  6. Fathers’ Club Meeting – Please join us on September 22, 2019 in the school gym for our first meeting of the year.  The meeting will begin at 7:30 p.m.  Food and drinks will be provided.  Please see the attached SUFC 2019-2020 calendar.

Pay-It:

Lunch Program:

  1. October Hot Lunch - Every month we offer an opportunity for parents to order lunches from Chick-fil-A, Dominick’s and Subway.  You are not obligated to participate.  This month we are offering Chick-fil-A and Dominick’s.  If you are interested in ordering please use this link https://payit.nelnet.net/form/7QYngaHI  All orders are due by September 18, 2019. 
  2. Good Taste Catering Lunches – Once again we are offering parents an opportunity, if they choose, to purchase lunch on Tuesdays and Thursday throughout the school year.  Lunch menus are now open and service will start on October 1st.   Just keep in mind that you need to place your order seven days prior to delivery.  Please see the attached letter for directions for placing orders.  Directions are for both returning families and new families to the school.
